MGM Macau’s Wine list is created with the gastronomic philosophies of each of the hotel’s restaurants in mind.
Each label is carefully chosen not only to complement but also to inspire one another, making the selection of the wine an essential part of the dining experience.
The wine list offers connoisseurs a remarkable selection of wines with strengths in regions such as France, Portugal and America.
It also features a range of interesting selections from Italy, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Chile and Argentina.
To cater to guests’ increasingly global and adventurous palates, the cellar now includes some of the best wines from Japan, such as Grace and Tomi no Oka; a lineup of stellar Californians such as Beaulieu vineyards, Colgin, Dominus Estate, Opus One and Stag’s Leap Cellars.
In homage to in-house restaurant Aux Beaux Arts’ French roots, the list also contains new additions from Château d’ Yquem and Château Larcis-Ducasse.
Other household New World names are Penfolds from South Australia and Casa Lapostolle from Chile.
